We offer pre arrival concierge service where we plan everything prior to you arriving at your destination. In addition to this we also offer in resort concierge service, meaning one of our team members will be available during working hours too assist should you wish to make any changes, arrange shopping etc.

All of our prices vary depending on your request. We personalise all of our quotes based on you and your specific trip or event. We always offer a free first meeting (face-to-face, phon or FaceTime) to discuss your thoughts and ideas

If you book our in resort concierge service our response time is as follows: 
Within opening hours we will respond within 10-15 minutes. 
From 18:00 - 21:00 our response time is between 30-60 minutes 
From 21:00 we kindly ask you to call should there be any immediate request
